The Construction Yard is the first level in Twisted Metal 4. It's a medium-sized arena, and the player has to defeat 3 enemies, and then the stage boss Crusher, to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Neon City. Glowing green sludge lights this greasy warzone as you careen through stacks of smashed cars and highly toxic environmental filth.
